The aim of this site is to be the 'one-stop' location to which wargamers and collectors can come to get an unbias view on the availability, quality and prices of plastic wargames and collectable figures abailable in the UK today.
The last couple ofyears have been an exciting time in the 'Hard Plastic' market, with the release of a number of new sets by new companies. The market pioneers - Valient Miniatures, remain strong. Perry Minaitures have fine ranges in ACW, Napoleonic and the Wars of teh Roses whilst Vitrix continue to buil dtheir Napoleonic range. We have also seen the entry of the big manufacturers like HAT and an increaing number of smaller, dynamic players such as Immortal and Gripping Beast!
Initialy this site will be concentrating on any 28mm (1/56) or smaller figures, we are of course aware of the larger 35mm, 40mm & 54mm offerings from various companies, our rational is that these tend (although not exclusively) to be geared towards the model making market rather than wargames market.
At present we have 28mm boxed sets available for World War Two, the American Civil War, Medieval and Ancients, with the promise of more to follow ....
